THE WORK
Hard to name. Harder to build. Hardest to live.
Everything here runs on one conviction: what you believe is only real if you'll pay to live it. Three doors. Each one closes more of the distance between what your company believes and what it does. Each one asks more of you than the last. Start where you are. The work always moves toward the same end: a belief held under pressure.
NAME IT
The Belief Brief
$97
Most companies are running on something they never named: money, growth, product, momentum, taste, urgency, or the founder's instincts. Those things can move a company, but they cannot govern one under pressure.
The Belief Brief™ is a 60-minute Say-Do Gap™ diagnostic you run yourself, built on The Belief Method™. You score where saying and doing have come apart, surface what the business refuses to betray, name what holding it has cost you, and assemble the governing belief everything else gets built on.
You leave with a Say-Do Gap score, a named enemy, and your Belief Script™ on one page.
BUILD IT
The Belief System
Priced by size and stage
A named belief is a foundation, not a building. By itself it governs nothing. Left as one sentence in a drawer, it will lose to the next hard quarter. Quietly, one exception at a time.
The Belief System™ turns that belief into the operating language your team actually runs on: purpose, vision, values with disqualifiers, positioning, differentiation, brand promise, decision filters, non-negotiables, proof points, and the quarterly Say-Do Gap review that keeps the gap from reopening.
Four working sessions, built with me. You bring the conviction and draft the answers; I run the method and refuse the safe ones. A belief installed by a consultant governs nothing, so the words stay yours. The pressure is what I bring.
You leave with the full architecture, ready to hand to your team, agency, writers, and every AI you point at your business.
LIVE IT
The Belief Advisory
Starts with 20 minutes
Documents do not pay. A belief becomes real in live decisions: the account you decline, the price you hold, the hire you do not make, the campaign you kill, and the exception you stop explaining away.
The Belief Advisory™ is the standard, held. Ongoing accountability as your belief system meets identity, web, marketing, product, hiring, and culture. I stay in the seat beside you so it holds when growth tries to soften it.
This is the highest-touch version of the work: we do not just name the belief or review the system. We carry it with you into the places where the business has to prove it.
The System builds the standard. The Advisory keeps it enforced.
This isn't what you might think it is.
This isn't a surface rebrand. A rebrand changes what people see. This decides what it has to prove.
This isn't a marketing engagement. Marketing carries the message. This decides what the message has to be true to.
This isn't executive coaching. Coaching develops the leader. This installs what the company runs on, with the leader.
This isn't a fractional CMO. A fractional CMO operates the function. This installs the conviction the function operates from.
When the work calls for a rebrand, a new name, or a new site, it happens here, accountable to the belief beneath it. Your team or agency executes against a standard that's finally true.
FAQs
-
Founders and CEOs who are tired of selling features in a market full of look-alikes, or scaling a brand that has to hold under pressure. The common thread isn't industry. It's leaders who care about integrity, want belief and behavior aligned, and will do the work to earn real trust.
-
If you're not sure where to start, that's normal. Every engagement starts with a 20-minute intro call. We confirm fit and choose the right starting point: The Belief Brief, The Belief System, or The Belief Advisory.
-
Built with my team and vetted specialists, under the standard. I don't run a creative studio; I hold the line the work has to meet.
-
Yes, once the belief is defined. Verbal Identity is how it sounds. Visual Identity is how it looks. Both are built on the foundation the Belief System sets and executed under that standard with vetted specialists. Neither is sold on its own, because a voice or a look built on no belief is the exact problem this practice exists to fix.
-
The Belief Brief and most Belief System sessions run remotely. The Belief Advisory is different: in-person intensives are built into the partnership, because the decisions that test a belief are best made in the room, not on a screen.
-
The Belief Brief takes 60 minutes. The Belief System runs four working sessions over 4 to 8 weeks, with drafts between them. The Advisory is ongoing from there.
-
Ongoing by design. The Advisory is a seat, not a session: the standard held as decisions, hires, and growth press on it. Shape and cadence get set in the intro call, around where your gap is widest.
