Terms of Use
(SayDoBrand™)
Effective date: November 5, 2026
These terms cover your use of saydobrand.com. The site is run by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] ("SayDoBrand™," "I," "me," "my"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1) What the site is
The site shares my point of view on brand, belief, and the Say-Do Gap™, and describes the work I do with founders and CEOs. Everything here is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice for your company, and reading it does not make you a client.
2) Working together
Client work is covered only by a signed agreement between us. A twenty-minute intro call, a form you submit, or an email exchange does not create a client relationship or an obligation on either side. If these terms and a signed agreement ever conflict, the signed agreement wins.
3) What's mine
The writing, frameworks, tools, graphics, and design on this site belong to SayDoBrand™ and are protected by copyright and trademark law. That includes The Say-Do Gap™, The Belief Method™, The Belief System™, The Belief Advisory™, the Say-Do Gap self-test, and the Field Notes.
You're welcome to read, print, and share the content for your own use, and to quote short passages with credit and a link back to saydobrand.com. You may not copy, sell, republish, or rebrand the content or frameworks, use them to train AI models, or present them as your own without my written permission.
4) Using the site
Please don't use the site to break the law, send spam, try to get into systems or data you shouldn't, or interfere with how the site runs. I can limit or block access for anyone who does.
5) Other sites and services
The site links to services I don't run, such as my booking calendar and email provider. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and I'm not responsible for their content or how they work.
6) No guarantees
The site is provided as is. I work to keep it accurate and running, but I don't promise that it will always be available, error free, or current, or that any idea here will produce a particular result for your company.
7) Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SayDoBrand™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content. If I am found liable for anything related to the site, my total liability is limited to $100.
8) Privacy
How I collect and use personal information is covered in the Privacy Policy at saydobrand.com/privacy-policy.
9) Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California.
